By filling in this form you will start the process of discontinuing your membership. You will be contacted by our secretary to confirm that your are legitimately want to leave Leidance. When this confirmation is made, we will formally set you as no longer a member. Note that in order to cancel your membership for the year (July – June), you have to do so before June 1st the year before. This is required in order to ensure the credibility of the new budget.
