Do you love dancing, but not alone? Do you want to be well-prepared for your student gala this year? Or are you simply looking for a new challenge? Come and check out S.D.A. Leidance! Leidance is the student association for partner dancing: ballroom dancing, salsa, bachata, and kizomba. In addition to regular lessons, we organize social activities, dance parties, and participate in national and European student competitions.
In September we begin our intro workshops, a series of individual workshops to try out partner dancing. No dance experience is required to join! Each time, we’ll cover a different dance, so you can join any week without having attended previous workshops. Intro workshops take place from 21:00 to 22:00 PM in the Multifunctional Hall of the USC. The schedule is as follows:
- Monday September 8th: ChaCha
- Thursday September 11th: Quickstep
- Monday September 15th: Bachata
- Thursday September 18th: Salsa
You don’t need a USC subscription for the Intro workshops. You can try out our partner dances completely free of charge! Ideally register via the forms link below, just so we know how many people are coming to which workshops, but just walking in is also allowed:
